The Astoria is Right on Schedule

Wednesday, May 28th, 2008

astoria-exterior-rendering.jpgIf any of you have been down Peachtree Street recently, near the intersection of Peachtree Battle, you may have noticed the brick exterior being applied to the Astoria building. In addition to the beautiful brick accents being added to the exterior of the building, many other construction milestones have been passed. One of the most extraordinary is the fact that all of the residential levels have been completed. You also can’t miss the fact that the windows have been put in and the terrace railings have been secured. As for the interior, sheet rock through level ten is in place, and cabinet installation and tiling will begin on floors four through six. There are also hopes for the amenity terrace to be completed in early August along with the grand lobby. It won’t be much longer before homeowners of these luxury condos in Buckhead will be able to officially move-in, and start living the elegant lifestyle that Kairos Development has incorporated at the Astoria at the Aramore. So, if you have been in the market for a new home in Atlanta that promotes a live, work, play atmosphere, the Astoria is the end to your search.

Friday, May 2nd, 2008

H & F Bread Co. baking good honest bread in BuckheadHomeowners of the luxury condos at the Astoria at the Aramore are going to be waking up every morning to the smell of fresh-baked artisan bread and mouth-watering pastries, as H & F Bread Co. will be opening its new location in The Aramore building early this summer. A collaboration between Eli Kikov, an extraordinary baker, and the five founders of Holeman and Finch Public House, H & F Bread Co. will be combing traditional elements such as tiled walls and dark stained concrete floor with modern conveniences like WiFi and cutting edge baking equipment. The Bread Company team’s mission is simple - to make good honest bread. We have no doubts that the made-from-scratch bakery products on the menu will be exquisite, and so convenient for residents at the Astoria because they can quickly run into the bakery to grab breakfast on the way to work.  While the Astoria offers a luxurious lifestyle, the location provides a great level of convenience - being within walking distance to many great restaurants and stores. Combing luxury and convenience, the Astoria condos in Buckhead truly have it all!
