This Sunday, September 14th from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. is the annual Vinings Tour of Homes, and this year Avignon at Vinings is a presenting sponsor. Hosted by the Vinings Historic Preservation Society, the Vinings Tour of Homes will showcase five unique and extraordinay homes in the Vinings area, as well as the model home at Avingon and Vinings main. Seeing the three and four-story townhomes and single-family villas is an extraordinary opportunity to sneak a peak into life in an old European village. Be sure you pay close attention to every detail: the intricate trim, spacious bedrooms, elevators, luxury spa baths, unique floorplans, gourmet kitchens, and more. If you like what you see, be sure to stop at the clubhouse to talk to one of the sales associates. Of course, I would suggest stopping by the clubhouse anyway. The clubhouse is home to the wine tasting room and the amazing city views that it offers. By touring the luxury Atlanta townhomes and some of the community amenities, you’ll get a real feel for everything Avignon has to offer homeowners, and I am confident you will love what you see. However, Avignon is only one stop on the Vinings Tour of Homes, and all of the homes this year are something spectacular. So be sure to get your tickets, which are available in the Avignon sales center, for Sunday!
