A new Oasis coming to Avignon at Vinings

Friday, August 8th, 2008

Avignon entrance Avignon at Vinings is currently in the process of constructing a relaxing, pristine pool for all residents to use. Meaning, in a little over one month’s time, residents will be able to cool off from the heat in the brand new pool - just in time for the final hot months of the year. The pool will add to the surroundings a peaceful and serene feeling. It will be molded into the classic shape of a clover, but to add a unique twist it will have squared off edges. Come and relax from a hard day at work in mid September when construction is set to be finished. This pool will be a new oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Vinings area. Bear in mind this is only one of the luxurious amenities Avignon at Vinings will provide its homeowners. Kairos Development truly goes above and beyond any expectations you may have about a new community in Atlanta. So, with the completion of the new Atlanta townhomes and now the pool, there has never been a better time to visit Avignon.

The article goes in-depth to describe exactly what sets Kairos Development apart from other Atlanta developers, even emphasizing how Kairos got its name and the meaning behind it. There are amazing pictures of both communities, showcasing the luxury, location and lifestyle. If you haven’t yet seen this issue of Today’s Custom Home, you really need to pick it up, or you can read the article online. Amy Johnson at her Graduation CeremonyAmy Johnson, who is the finance and technology director for Kairos Development Corporation, recently graduated from the Leadership Rockdale program. In the photo is Amy Johnson with Georgia’s Attorney General, who spoke at the ceremony, and the Leadership Rockdale class facilitators. The fact that Amy took the time to attend all of the courses and meet all of the requirements to graduate shows the devotion and dedication Kairos employees have to their surrounding communities. Amy is now thoroughly involved in Rockdale and will contribute the knowledge gained to the bright future that she hopes the area will soon achieve. Leadership Rockdale is a series of six full-day sessions and one retreat. The idea behind this program is to increase knowledge and awareness of the community and its leaders. Many topics are discussed throughout the duration of the program, like the justice system, government, education, community wellness and industry. Once again congratulations to Amy and we are thrilled to see Kairos so involved!

Kairos Development Corporation Supports the Real Estate Industry

Velda Simpson, Brett M. Koutnik, Tom Price, Rebekah J. CoblentzIt’s nice to know that a large development corporation like Kairos spends time trying to better the economy and the environment.
