Les Miserables at the Fox Theater
Friday, September 19th, 2008
The critically acclaimed musical and winner of 8 Tony Awards is now at the Fox Theatre. Perhaps one of the most performed musicals worldwide, Les Miserables is based on the novel by Victor Hugo. Set in early 19th century France, it tells the story of many characters as they struggle for redemption and revolution. After 16 years in New York City, Les Miserables became the second longest running Broadway musical in history. The accolades and awards alone suggest that this is one performance you do not want to miss. The musical is currently running at the Fox Theatre and will continue until September 28th. Be sure to make it to our historical theater sometime throughout the week so you won’t miss this extraodinary event.
