‘Titanic Aquatic’ at the Georgia Aquarium

The infamous tragedy of the Titanic is one that will never be forgotten. As an “unsinkable” ship embarked upon its maiden voyage, it collided with an iceberg on a dark, calm night on the Atlantic Ocean, and never made it to its destination. Now the entirety of this grand ship lies on the ocean floor, thousands of feet underneath the icy surface. This tragic story fascinates many, and a few of the artifacts that spent decades at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean are now on display at the Georgia Aquarium. Titanic Aquatic is an exhibit you won’t want to miss as it includes more than 190 pieces of history, including 40 that have never been seen before. The exhibit is more than recovered artifacts, as you’ll be able to walk through dramatic room recreations and participate in interactive displays and high-definition video presentations. This is your opportunity to get a first-hand look behind the scenes of one of the most famous ships ever built. It’s exhibits like these that help make Atlanta such a fantastic city to call home. By choosing to live in Atlanta as opposed to the surrounding suburbs, you have convenient access to everything the city has to offer, including Titanic Aquatic.
