On June 27 stop by the Dunwoody Nature Center and get an up-close look at more than 500 butterflies. The Annual Butterfly Festival is a hit for people of all ages with discovery stations, games, crafts, food, gifts and a butterflyGIANT Greathouse Butterfly Farm tent filled with lively butterflies and beautiful flowers. Children will also enjoy singing and dancing with Judy Leonard and her Songs for Children as well as enjoy the Piccadilly Puppets. Members of the Dunwoody Nature Center can purchase their tickets and timed wristbands for the tent in advance by June 19 by calling 770-394-3322 or stopping by the office Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
